Onsite Sales Training
Our onsite training is typically delivered in a full day session with the morning focused on training the specific techniques and the afternoon applying them to live prospects and opportunities. For instance, we train on an e-mail and phone prospecting technique in the morning and then drive activity with a prospecting blitz in the afternoon. During the blitz we coach the team, track results and reward top performers. The same approach applies to meetings, negotiating and closing deals.
Remote Sales Training
Our remote training is delivered in 1-2 hour online sessions. The first session focuses on training a technique or approach aimed at a specific area of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, negotiating, closing). The participants are then assigned action items and a deliverable they can apply to live prospects and opportunities. A follow up session is scheduled to review the results and provide additional insight. This training can be delivered remotely through any medium your firm currently utilizes or online resources provided by Kensei (WebEx Webinar, video conferencing, gotomeeting).
